This adventure starts
April 8th

  • Today, we spent a lot of time in Australia’s oldest national park. We crossed an amazing bridge and checked out some views of the south coast. Let the adventure continue.

  • Today we spent time with family, so it’s an opportunity to look back on the many waterfalls we’ve seen on this adventure. The adventure continues.

  • Today, the adventure took us to a place that I haven’t been to since I was a child. It certainly has changed, for the better. The adventure continues.

  • Today we went into the heart of Newcastle’s East End, exploring Macquarie walk and Nobby’s Head; the Bicentennial Foreshore Park, Customs House and the former Newcastle Railway Station. Let the adventure continue.

  • It’s a rainy wet day here in Newcastle and our Adventure today was coloring my hair and cutting Greg’s hair. So here is a few clips from the big things that we’ve seen along the way. Enjoy. The Adventure does continue.

  • Today, we went to Port Stevens and enjoyed the view from the lookout, climbed the highest peak, peaked at the ocean beach, and walked around a defunct lighthouse. Let the adventure continue.

  • Today, we went into the mountains, but couldn’t get to our first destination. Then we found a couple of really spectacular lookouts before walking into a rather old but small dam. Let the adventure continue.

  • Today we walked under the Pacific Highway, visited a World War II Catalina Air Force Base, checked out a lake pool and walked on water. Let the adventure continue.

  • Today we explored Newcastles beach and baths. Let the adventure continue.

  • Today, we saw the big golden guitar, got up close and personal with some Native Australian animals, dropped in on a McF Fleet Memorial Park, and went up to the Overlook over the city that we both grew up in.
